Christmas is just around the corner. Many of you have expressed to me the sense of busyness lately and the need for some quiet time. So this is my (our) wish to you this Christmas and New Years - time for reflection, time to be quiet, time to be with those whom you really want to spend time with, time to regenerate, time to be.

Wherever you are now and wherever you will be on Christmas Day i (we) really wish you love and peace. Peace with what has been going on in your life this year, peace with whom you are right now, peace with all the highs and the lows, peace with family and peace within the obstacles you have faced this year.

We are very much looking forward to sharing our passion of yoga with you NOW and in the New Year.

We remain open during the holidays, however there are some public holidays in which the shala will be closed for our regular classes:

Sunday 24 Dec.
Monday 25 Dec.

Sunday 31 Dec.
Monday 01 Jan. (see below - Jesira will offer a lovely workshop on this day for you!)

On all other days between Christmas and New Years we are open. Please check time timetable online as some classes won´t be happening!
