Our newsletter has a new look - i hope you like it. The above photo was taken by Andy Jackson (ak- Andyji). I wanted to write a newsletter as we have a lot on offer this spring and i wanted to make sure you were aware of all the possibilities! Maybe something sings to your soul.

My Yoga Study group begins next week, 9th March....the last two groups were beautiful and i am really looking forward to diving in again. These next cluster of sutras we will be looking at are particularly interesting for me and i have very much enjoyed the preparation process! Matija will be at the shala offering 2 x free info evenings about Quantumhealing and Aura Transformation.  I Have had several treatments with him and can highly recommend his warm, kind, informative and transformational energetic work.
