We have changed our live streaming to YOUTUBE as insta. was cutting us off after 1 hour sometimes. Yes - it can be frustrating to change, but hopefully not too difficult for you. With Youtube
we can stick to the current system of simply stamping your own block or donating via our bank account (on our website- under - online yoga sponsors). Your support is valuable to keeping the shala halfway running during this long lockdown.

Here is how to access YOUTUBE:

Add your YouTube account ...Instructions:

1) Open the Youtube app. on your MOBILE (not your PC or laptop)
2) Sign in - or create your personal account first
3) Search - yogashala innsbruck and click on the subscribe button
4) When we are live (check instagram & this page for class times), go to youtube, click on your subscriptions and you will see the shala icon - it will have a red circle by it when we are live!!!
5) click on the icon, then click on the live video...Voila - you are in!!

Andy will teach tomorrow night - 8.12 at 18:00!
