We are slowly starting with online yoga again. As Instagram worked so well last time we will stick to this for the time being. Hopefully we will be back with live at the shala yoga soon.

1st class: Yin Yoga with Kira 28.11 / 17:30 - 18:30.

As usual, click on my icon under @yogashala_innsbruck exactly at 17:30.

We will have a few classes next week, and Andy will join us the following week. On our homepage you will find the classes under online yoga - they will be updated as soon as possible.

Please donate for these classes - it keeps the shala vibes movin´and groovin´. Use your 10-er block / buy a new one online- our bank details are online. Same system as last time.
