Yogis - i just wrote a message then lost the whole thing. oh well such as life!

Most important - tonights class `Down the beat, lvl 1 is at 17:30 ..... not 18:00 as it stated on the online timetable. 

If you are with IG you will see my regular stories/reminders of classes....just click on my icon from time to time if you need a reminder for a class time!
These classes are saved for 24hrs also!

I tired Jitsi meet with my baby yoga mums ....it works to a degree but there is a time delay when all 14 plus videos are on.... therefore we currently we stick with IG for our live streaming yoga classes.  If you dont like social media consider using it just for your purposes and that´s it. Make a fake account if you want to and just follow us for the yoga. Use it to your advantage and leave the rest. 

I hope you are well during this second lockdown. I believe we will be here for a while yet, so i have decided to use this time as a portal for my own growth. And so far its been beautiful and i am happy. Of course i want to be back to the shala, of course i want everything open again, yet my reality is something other right now. There are so many restrictions yet my mind is my own .... and that i can master!
