Sorry - a glitch in the system, if you received this mail twice we are sorry!

As we probably all know, masks need to be wore indoors again. Please wear your mask in the entrance and while entering the yoga rooms, and within the changing rooms. You do not need to wear it when practising!!

Please space yourselves out . As a guide, if you use the markings upstairs we have space for 45 people with a 2 metre distance between - which is more than the current suggested distance of 1 meter. Please continue to either bring your own mat, or if you use the shala mats - spray them before use  (3 times spray at a distance is enough !).

We have disinfectant cream in the entrance. In the toilets we have  soap for your use.

- Donnerstag um 19:15 - unterrichtet Alexandra wieder.... she taught a great class last week...come and enjoy and meet her!
- Dienstags um 08:45 - startet wieder ab 22 Sept.!!!!
- Helene ist wieder da- zumindest für ein paar Wochen!

- Schwangerschafts yoga am Donnerstags - startet wieder ab 17 Sept.

- Aerial Yoga - begins regularly again from 31.8 !!!

- Libby Love pops into the shala for a workshop 26 Sept!!.  For those of you who knew / knows Libby you will remember she used to teach at the shala - many moons ago. Her classes are strong, dynamic and full of love. We hope you can make it! Pls check the website for full details!
