We enter our last week of August. There are a few warm days coming up - enjoy them!!
This is just a quite mail for a few updates and reminders!!

This week  :

- No Aerial tonight! Begins again regularly next week!
- No Wed. class with Liz at 19:15 - she will be back next week!!
- Thursday 19:15 IS On this week - come and enjoy Selinas class !

 General Updates:

- Please check our stunden plan for other changes / teachers subbing etc!

- Tues 08:45 with Evi & Thu. Prenatal yoga with Jade begins again mid Sept!!!!

- Aerial Yoga - begins regularly again from 31.8 !!!

- Libby Love pops into the shala for a workshop 26 Sept!!.  For those of you who knew / knows Libby you will remember she used to teach at the shala - many moons ago. Her classes are strong, dynamic and full of love. We hope you can make it! Pls check the website for full details!

- After 7 long years of the same Shala prices, we need to raise them from 01 Sept.! The new prices will be online within the next days and also a sheet hung up in the shala.
We will still remain very affordable with offering quality yoga!. This offers you two months notice to buy any new unlimited yoga at the current price and any other 10-er blocks.
