We are back into full swing and loving teaching live at the shala again! There is plenty of space so do come!

Updates:

- We don´t have the wear the facemasks anymore! 

- Marie-Lu is officially on Baby Love Pause,with her baby due end July!!! Liz takes her Monday class 19:15!

- Pop -up yoga online.... considering we have a lot of space at the shala we do not need to do parallel online classes. Perhaps there
will be a few pop-up online classes from time to time ....this info. will be sent via Instagram!
