It will run over the 1hr limit time placed on Instagram...easy, you can just rejoin and continue. I will let you know how when we go live together.

Thu. 19.3 at 17:30 (downtempo - a mix between yin and slow vinyasa flow)
Sat. 21.3 at 09:00 (vinyasa....level 2 officially but will be a slower version so that i can DO and TALK and BREATH at the same time!!!!

HOW ARE YOU???
In all honesty, yesterday was a little tough for me. It took diligent practice to sit with my emotions, breathe with them, and gently offer my body and mind another way to move through the day. I was tired. And when i am tired the little negative thoughts come to bother me. They get inside with very little effort and if i am not observant, they take over my body and lead me into mind waves and tension patterns that are not sustaining for my health.So i meditated, i read, i went for a strong walk into the forest and ran back down to get the blood pumping into my body.
I then did an emotional release session - thankyou to Dr Bradley Nelson (The Emotion Code) for sharing your wisdom!!!! His offerings are simple AND very EFFECTIVE. Not only did i feel immediately emotionally better, but i also felt physically stronger and the stinging signs of yet another bladder infection have gone. THANK GOD!!
I am sharing my vulnerable side as encouragement for you to feel the ups and downs of life that effect everyone. I also believe it is helpful to share the ways in which i choose to look after my sanity in such uncertain times (actually even in more certain times i do the same!!!!). It takes effort on one side, but the effort becomes a quiet surrendering when i have at least tried and practiced. When i know i am doing my best to look after myself, then really there is only one more thing left to do : surrender. By surrendering i open myself to the great source which carries us all. There is love there, there is trust, there is faith AND the effort , the trying, disolves. For there is no effort in actually being connected to the source. It is like being in that sweet moment of shavasana where we truly embody the asana....fully present, yet completely and utterly effortless. This sweet space IS Yoga.
So today i feel more in line with The Source and hense i have been busy on Instagram posting the classes and checking out other offers. Helene, Liz and Alex are also offering classes.... so do check their accounts out too!
I will now head to the shala to feel the emptiness....and visualise all of you back there, in your favourite yoga spots sooner rather than later.
If you are a fan of visualisations, please do your work -visualise love for the world, visualise what you WANT to see and not what you fear to happen.

In my desire to stay in contact I will play around with streaming live yoga classes (authentic and un-cut) this coming week via Instagram!
You will need an instagram account, then choose to `Follow´ us .... account name: yogashala_innsbruck
- once you have an account, click on the little house icon , bottom left (often referred to as your `feed´, takes you to your home screen). Here you can see pictures, videos of your friends you choose to follow.
- once im live, you will see the word `Live´ under my profile icon. Click onto my icon and you should connect with me.
- you will be able to see me, but i cannot see you
- you will be able to write a comment - pls do so either before the class starts or after.(your comments will help me improve upon the next session)
- the class will be available for 24 hrs after the live session.
SESSION TIMES:
Monday 17:30 - 19 Uhr (Austrian time) YIN YOGA session (focus- ...transforming fear into love... finding your ground in turbulent times)
Thursday 17:30 - 19 Uhr (Austrian time) Down tempo session (focus - hips & fluidity - opening to the creative you!)
Sat. 09:00- 10:30 (Austrian time) Level 2 session (focus - All over balancing class)
I WIll post updates and reminder on Instagram and can only HOPE that the internet works fine and that all goes smoothly - its a trial, so lets have fun together!!

In the meantime.....practice surrendering to the present moment...there is a stillness and beauty within, there is tenderness, but also hope there....there is fear, but also love there....generate a quality of being which is sustaining....for your health depends upon it.
Sending so much love.....this will not last forever. How can you search for the positive within all this??
