Liebe Yoginis & Yogis,
Hugs and Kisses......Thats really nice to receive when one returns from being away for so long! Holidays are wonderful....cleansing/refreshing/creative/mostly warm!!!/
new scenery/outdoor lifestyle/adventure/sleeping in......we all know the reasons why time off from daily life can be so transforming. Equally nice is when we return home
to hugs and kisses from friends and family whom we haven´t seen for some time and we take a moment to drink in the delights of `everyday life´.
Today `everyday life´ hit us like a bomb....up at 6:30 am...Maya off to school..8 am greetings and hugs all around....pick her up again at 9:30 (yes school really IS that short
on the first day).... then its off to bring Liam to his first day at his Gymnasium...greetings all around...hugs, kisses. Off down to the Mueller TWICE to buy school supplies, along
with half of Innsbruck´s mothers....then...then...then....
Suddenly im wishing myself back on that beach in Elba...perhaps that sounds somewhat familiar???
So, i started gathering steps in my mind as to how to bring my holiday RELAXED FEELING back into `everyday life´, and reminded myself to slow down and put my feet up....here i share a few for you...
1) keep a good sense of humour - find the fun in all (yes it can be fun searching for that perfect school file!)
2) look for signs of over stress and catch it before it turns nasty by PAUSING consciously wherever you are, and taking in a deep long breath. Pausing long enough to actually FEEL your feet on the ground...ahhhh instant relief!
3) open your mind to the BIG PICTURE - step back and broaden your perspective. See yourself playing a game and CHOOSE your next move with awareness
4) once we ACCEPT our current mood and situation we open ourselves to transformation....life becomes lighter and easier to handle
5) find the beauty in all - the easy and the ugly
6) Only do what you can today and leave space to BE also
7) yes- my car will survive being dirty a few more days
8) clothes washing??? egh.....there´s always tomorrow.....
9) Learn to laugh at your own faults and misgivings - life will feel a lot more pleasant when we do so!
We are looking forward to sharing with you yoga on the mat in Antaratma Yogashala!!!.......here some updates/news:

Yogasummit Innsbruck festival 30 Sept- 02 Oct!!! Many Innsbruck yoga teachers will be teaching here,
