Spontaneous occurances / and updates:

As Lucas is out of asana office this weekend i will be teaching a pregnancy yoga teacher Training segment as part of Helenes TT instead of his planned aerial tt.

That means Alex will teach this Saturday class at 9am (16 April). I will be very much looking forward to seeing you all on the Sat. 23 April!

Heute:

17:30 mit Marie Lu / 19:15 mit Helene  /leider kein aerial.

FREITAG 22 April - Yin lvl 2 mit Alex........ due to the success of the first yin lvl 2 Alex has offered to teach again this month! Pls no YIN FIRST timers here. Otherwise join and enjoy!

Sonntag 01 Mai mit Frido  (Feiertag - trotzdem findet die Normalen Klassen statt)
