Emmm slip up with the last email and dates....27 Jan. will be the last 7am class - so NEXT WEEK...see below for full info...

News 7Am: After one and half years trial, and Andyjis constant encouragement we have all decided that the IDEA of a 7am class is

much more enticing than the actual reality. A big thankyou to all those 3 or 4 regulars who did come - we needed a few more of you!

So the last class will be 27 Jan. Andy enjoyed your company, but will enjoy the sleep in too from Feb. on im guessing. Thankyou and thankyou
