Liebe Yoginis & Yogis,

I trust that the Christmas break / New Years gave you all some breathing space to reflect upon what and how 2016  can be

nourishing for you....for your personal growth and within your relationships. If challenges do arise, both from the past and the present - for no doubt they will - may you find new and

creative ways for dealing with them. May we all continue on this path of personal and collective development and embrace this beautiful life we have.
