Liebe Yoginis & Yogis,

A short update this time:

Acro Yoga: Today will be the last class until mid February 2016...both Frido and Helene will be away learning MORE Acro in India to then share with you!!!

Donnerstags Lvl 2: Tomorrow will be the last Lvl 2 class until Helene returns mid Feb. Until then, i invite you upstairs to the lvl 1, Or lvl 2 on Tuesdays/ Saturdays

Andys mum passed away some days ago - he was there to say Goodbye, and will stay for the funeral..... may we send him and his family much love.

d.h..... Sabrina will teach Monday 21 Dec. 08:45  again.

Weihnachts Yoga Klasse - This Sunday 20 Dec. 17:30.... it will surely be a nice gathering, and we have some special guest surprises at the end to enjoy.... please sign in ... space is available.
