Yoga Shala updates:

Small reminder: Please take the time to read all the news here....News flows from the internet, newsletter, sometimes facebook and on the white board in the entrance of the shala. Pls use all of these avenues to get the information about timetable adjustments / cancellations/ etc to avoid disappointment !

What a wonderful weekend we had with Josh Summers - Intense, joyful, restful, informative, nourishing, detoxing and and and.... we are so happy it was successful and students could embody the essence of this teaching.

Lets embody the herbst time and take this time to watch the leaves change colour, to embrace the cooler weather with a welcoming smile and enjoy the small moments in our life.

Yin Yoga updates: Sonntags um 17:15 nur nach Ankündigung !!! (i.e. sonst nicht)

pls note, this is still a spcl class, with different teachers (when they have time on a sunday ).... so stay up to date with WHEN it is happening. We will try to make it as regular as possible.

14 Nov. 16-18:30 - Restorative Yoga workshop  with Lizzie Lasater! Lizzie is Judith Hanson Lasaters daughter. Judith is one of yogas most respected teachers and a pioneer of Restorative yoga - I am sure she has taught her daughter well! Please
