Yoga Shala updates:

Internal error:

Life has its flows...sometimes all is smooth and easy and we feel in align with all around us, sometimes things go topsy turvy and we need time to reconnect! Deep appologies - Dienstag um 09:30 beginnt am 22 Sept. fix (leider nicht heute - Internal error)

Pls see below information that is actual still, and some additions....

Yin Yoga :

Mit Alex am 20 Sept. um 17:15 (Deutsch)

MORNING CLASSES:

NEU  -  Freitag / Friday : Ab 18 Sept. um 08:45- 10:15 !!!   As a variation / alternative to the later morning time slots, we have decided to try a new class time. Those of you driving means 90min. park limit near the studio works ! Bonus? Longer coffee afterwards!    

7am class - choose to support this class if you like this early time slot!!

24-27 Sept:

The Yin Yoga teacher training begins next week so there are a few adjustments to the timetable.... pls note:

24 sept: 09:30 helene / 17:30 Alex / 19:15 Marianne

25 Sept: 08:45 Alex / 17:30 Alex

26 Sept: 09:00 Kira

27 Sept: 19:00  Marianne

Retreat with Kira and Helli:

Retreat option 15-18 October 2015 !!! Who would like to Join Helli and I for mountain biking and Yoga classes while staying overnight in the Selfness-Hotel Ritzlerhof 4* Sup, in Ötztal? What a wonderful combination! I cant wait. For more information please go direct to:
