Innsbruck has a real summer this year. I can see it in your faces in the yoga studio, and i know you can all feel it on the mat, and as your bodies shine with sweat in Downward Facing Dog pose i

cant help but smile and be reminded of my many many warm , very sweaty classes i attended in Perth way back in 1997! Thankyou again for giving us the opportunity to share our love for yoga, for life

and for Innsbruck!

Substitutions:

Andy is away visiting his homeland this week so Frido will be taking over all his classes...d.h Montag 09:30 /Di. um 17:30 / und Mit. um 07:00.

Frido is also taking over Evis Dienstag at 09:30 class at least until end Aug...

Helen is away for Akro yoga this Thu. and nxt Thu. so we have Sabina  teaching on 13th Aug at 09:30 and Alex on 20th Aug. 09:30.
