Liebe Yoginis & Yogis,

Some important dates to note in the coming weeks of May and June....perhaps make a copy and print so you stay in touch as to whom is teaching when (pls note sometimes last minute changes are inevitable - stay in the flow...)

New Class ab 11 May :   Mondays  09:30 Open with Andyji. Come and begin the week with an OMMMMM

Donnerstag 14 May - Feiertag. ONE class will be taught at 17:30 (downtempoish) with Andyji as a special offer for those who can make it!

16 May Samstag 09:00 - Normal class. For every yogi/yogini who comes to the mat the shala will donate 3 euros (per head)  towards the Nepal Fund. So come, and practise and know part of your efforts (and sweat) goes towards helping others.

Akro Yoga Jam 22 May special note - Beim schönen Wetter im Hofgarten Ab 17:30/ Sonnst wie immer ab 19:30 im Shala. ALL monies spent will go to Nepal - so come and fly for love and support

Kira will be away from 21May-01 June on a teacher training with Sarah Powers

Helene will be here again from 19-27 May and will take over her usual classes instead of Frido.

Nepal Donations until 16 May: Thankyou so much for donating. We have decided to keep the box open for another week until 16 Mai. Frido will kindly send all monies (including 100% of his donations received for his weekly meditation class ) to the SOS Kinderdorf who will then forward it appropriately. Thankyou for your support.

Yin Yoga -  Weekly in May 17:15 . Please check the board at the studio as to who is teaching it when.

Yin Yoga teacher training - A reminder that the early bird price is valid until 01 June. The course is filling up, if you are keen to come, please let me know soon.

Aerial yoga workshop 30-31 May - This workshop is also filling up, with limited numbers able to hang upside down. Email Lucas if you are interested to join. He has a great core group coming, including his Aerial teacher. Will be fun and informaitive for sure.
