Nepal Donations : We have the donation box on the reception table and are accepting donations until 09 May to help support Nepal since the recent earthquake. Frido will kindly send all monies (including 100% of his donations received for his weekly meditation class ) to the SOS Kinderdorf who will then forward it appropriately. Thankyou for your support.

Yin Yoga -  Weekly in May 17:15 . Please check the board at the studio as to who is teaching it when.

Yin Yoga teacher training - A reminder that the early bird price is valid until 01 June. The course is filling up, if you are keen to come, please let me know soon.

Aerial yoga workshop - This workshop is also filling up, with limited numbers able to hang upside down. Email Lucas if you are interested to join. He has a great core group coming, including his Aerial teacher. Will be fun and informaitive for sure.
