OPEN JAM Akro Yoga : ein mal monatlich, immer Freitags 19:30- 21:30 .........Next Session 12 Dec. more information 

Changes : Changes are a part of our daily life. The more we can embrace them, the easier it is to flow with life, tune in to what is now and open ourselves to possibilities when they present themselves to us.  Our lovely Simone is making a life change and heading/ moving to Ibiza beginning January. She will be missed not only by the teachers but also by all the students who so loved her classes. Please wish her well. Her last classes will be Tuesday 16 Dec 17:30/and 19:15

Specials to note:

January:

Andy will officially take over the tuesday 17:30 open class

Alex will officially take over the tuesday 19:15 lvl1 class

new to come : lunch time class and donation class.....pls stay tuned
