Matt Exely from Australia will also teach this Sat. 9am class instead of KIra. Please come and enjoy his teachings - please be inspired by his photos (rather than intimidated!!!). He is a wonderful teacher with solid dedicated practise.

He will offer his Insights of the different layers (Koshas) of our body Saturday afternoon from 16 - 18:30. Drop ins welcome (35 euros).

Please note his Sunday am class is cancelled. He may also teach the Sunday 19 uhr spontaneously instead.
