* Dieses Wochenende ist Kira in Zürich auf Yin-fortbildung
insofern werden 2 Klassen vertreten werden :
Alex macht Samstag vormittag 9:00 Vinyasa II.
Peter (der Große :)) unterrichtet am Sonntag 19:000 eine jivamukti klasse... (war auch schon lang nimmer)
** der Early bird für Matt Exelys Workshop wird bald auslaufen (20.9) !
Lasst euch vom Workshop titel nicht verunsichern.
Die Koshas sind etwas womit ihr in allen Klassen regelmässig in Berührung kommt, aber wir geben eben den Dingen oft nicht ihre Traditionellen Namen ! Matt wird das dann nachholen können :)

Lots of news - as short and sweet as possible - Blessings to you all....
* NEW: Early wake up yogis/yoginis here is your chance: Andy will teach a 7-8:30 yoga class on Wednesdays beginning 03 Sept. for a 6 week trial period. Depending on attendance numbers we will extend this class ...... so if you would like this class to be on offer longer, please support it by coming.
* AKRO YOGA : From 27 August Wednesdays 17:30 - 19:00, Akro yoga will now be offered as a regular open class. Just use your normal blocks / unlimiteds / first timers welcome.
* YIN YOGA:
Special additional Yin Yoga class on 28 Sept. 17:15 - 18:45 with Alex
* SPECIAL DONATION CLASS with Andy Jackson Saturday 20 Sept. 17:00 - 19:00
Andy would like to offer this special donation class to raise money for the Sambhali Trust in Austria. A 2 hr Yinyasa Lvl 1 class, including 15 mins. mindfulness meditation.
Our efforts will be focused on letting go of our own situations and struggles on or off the yoga mat and remembering the Indian saying “Be happy for what you have, not unhappy about what you do not have.” Andy Jackson
