A few updates /changes /ideas to forward to you:

Classe changes this week:

Freitag 23 Mai um 09:30 unterrichtet Andyji statt Alex

Lucas and i are off to enjoy husband/wife time this weekend. 12 years marriage deserves celebration. Love still radiates. Therefore:

Samstag 24 Mai um 09:00 Helene (statt kira )

Sonntag 25 Mai um 19 uhr Andyji (statt Lucas)

Sonntag 01 Juni - Yin Yoga special class with Kira at 17:15-18:45. No previous experience necessary. First timers welcome.

Donnerstags - Andyji will teach  Thursday (Donnerstag) 05 Juni at 19:15. Marrianne will be back again end Juni (26 Juni).

Ideas:

ok so i will place a list at the shala for you to sign your name in if:

1. you would like a class during the week at 7 or 07:30am!!! (AND WOULD ACTUALLY WAKE UP TO COME TO IT!!!)

2. you would like a lunch time class slot..... pls write your preferred beginning and end time on the sheet in the shala. (this could eventually be 1hr/1hr 15mins/1 hr 30 mins)

3. you would like an additional vinyasa lvl 2 class Donnerstags 19:15.

pls note: the implementation of additional regular classes always needs consideration from many angles, and often requires an inofficial  `trial period´.  Please be patient if you do write your name in!
