dear yogis, some changes to the classes tonight.

17:30 open as usual.
19:15 the aerial yoga will be level 1 to give all a chance to try it
19:15 claudia winkler will teach. she is one of our oldest and most dedicated students of yoga since over 10 years. she has expanded her self training through completing various yoga teacher trainings. please give her a warm welcome, and open your heart to receive her teachings. The class will be in her personal style, rather than Vinyasa. We feel blessed that she will teach. om shanti
