Liebe Yoginis & Yogis

Summer has finally truely arrived. Our days are warm and sunny and its time to be outside and enjoy this light before the turn towards autumn and winter.

Our kids are on holidays and this has also shifted our energies towards play and adventures.  So there are some minor changes to our schedule...not much

- Tonight we again have two classes at 19:15 (simone and i are teaching)- depending on numbers we will either have two classes again nxt week or one...we will let you know. Simone is away from (18th july) this thursday for two weeks so helene would take her class over.

- Evi Müller teaches this wed. at 19:15 parallel to the Aerial Yoga and this thursday at 09:30

(18th july NO DOWNTEMPO class)- with the sun like this i have decided My down tempo class will have a longer holiday from now til the beginning of september. Those of you who come to my down tempo are welcome at the 19:15 class

FROM 05 AUGUST - 06 SEP: i will be in perth, Australia again with my kids - we will update you shortly before then as to who is teaching when. Lucas will follow me on the 19th for two weeks.

There are still some red blankets needing washing - i would be soooo for some help. take 4 and when you bring them back you can have a free class. Nxt year ill get the bubble point on board.
