THis is just an email to advise you all that one of my beloved teachers Shiva Rea, the creator and founder of PranaFlow Yoga will be in munich from 31may-02jun. she will be holding a teacher training program together with some workshops.

THis will book out fast so if you are interested i would not delay in booking. The location is only 8 minutes by underground from the central train station.

I hope we can create a small innsbrucker crowd there!

Also we are in the moment about to concrete a weekend date for Christine May (teacher of Shiva Reas system) to come again in Herbst for a couple of extended classes. Stay tuned.

Aerial yoga hammocks have been ordered.... 

Maya is on the mend.
