next week begins the Chakra Vinyasa module with Christine May from 22 - 25 nov. THe masterclasses are open for all to attend. A good basis of alignment understanding and previous attendance to my vinyasa level 2 classes is nadviseable to attend these classes and have fun. pls see homepage under events for further details. places are ALWAYS open as space is plenty in the up stairs room.

During these four days the open classes will be as such:

donnerstag : 9am mit helene / 17:30 down tempo fält aus  / 19:15 marianne

freitag: 17:30 Helene

Samstag: 9am Helene

Sonntag : 19 uhr lucas

On another note: if anyone is interested in cleaning the yoga studio once per week in exchange for yoga classes (very light easy fast work) and who has a good eye for dust and such pls let me know.

ALso if anyone is interested to eventually babysit our two kids (4 and 6) occasionally in exchange for yoga classes also let us know. it wont happen too often but can be a nice back up plan :)

note: we have an overflowing basket with forgotten clothes and such.... look through as by christmas they will all be donated :). A good plan is to keep up your yoga practise while you´re getting dressed, stay relaxed and aware of all your items so nothing is forgotten.  :)

Christmas party : friday 21 Dec 6pm. save the date. more info. to come soon....

christmas holidays : 22 to 02 jan inclusive. on 3 jan. the first class will be the evening class at 19:15 with marianne. (illl be off til 21 jan. for holidays with my aussie family - lucas is here with the kids and will need some TLC from you all!)
